We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.
Shipping to over 200 countries
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Order Processing
On successful completion of payment, an order confirmation is mailed to the customer’s registered email address. Diagon Alley reserves the right to cancel an order within 3-5 business days of receiving the order if we are unable to fulfill the order. Orders may be canceled by Diagon Alley under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to – fabric or trims failing quality check, insufficient fabric, inability to comply with special instructions requested, incomplete or unsupported address location, orders not complying with our coupons usage policy, orders at prices that significantly vary from market or Diagon Alley’s standard prices due to manual or technical error, orders flagged by our technical systems as suspicious usage of credit cards or other payment options or any other potential abuse of our service. In all such cases, Diagon Alley will inform the customer of the cancellation and refund the full order value within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.
Tracking information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
