All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.

- Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing);
- Full or partial refund if the item is not as described;
- Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thediagonalley.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy
The Diagon Alley returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at https://www.thediagonalley.com . All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an Promo code or full credit refunded to the card order was made from .For exchanges please email info@thediagonalley.com .
*** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $7, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unraveled and have original tags attached.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. The Diagon Alley is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
